For those arriving on Wednesday 5th or departing earlier, we have confirmed your individual requests directly with the hotels.

Shuttle Service

A shuttle service will operate on both Friday and Saturday, collecting and dropping off all guests staying at these hotels, as well as anyone staying in Gaillac town centre.

Payment Information

Guests staying at Hotel des Consuls or La Verrerie will settle their accommodation directly with the hotel upon arrival.

When checking in, please provide the names of all guests staying in your room and mention that you are part of the Tara & Jake wedding.

Important Note

The hotels have very kindly blocked these dates in advance for our guests’ convenience. Please note that from 3rd July 2026, all bookings will become final and full payment will be due, even in the event of cancellation.

Other accommodation

If you prefer to arrange your own accommodation but would still like to use the shuttle, we recommend booking in the town centre of Gaillac or within walking distance of one of the hotels listed above, to ensure you’re close to a pick-up point. We have added a few options below:

Château de Salettes – Cahuzac-sur-Vère

A beautifully restored 13th- and 15th-century château offering elegant rooms and stunning vineyard views.

If you wish to stay here, please contact the château directly and mention that you are part of the Tara & Jake wedding party.

Please note that this is a higher-end option.

The château is not located in Gaillac, but the shuttle bus will stop here en route.

La Reverdie

Just a short walk from Château de Salettes, this charming B&B offers comfortable rooms in a peaceful countryside setting.
