As our celebration takes place in the countryside, we have arranged shuttle buses throughout the weekend so you can relax and enjoy the festivities without worrying about transportation.

Friday, 7th August - The wedding day

Transport to the Ceremony

Location: Château de Mauriac

Shuttle buses will collect guests from designated pick-up points and bring you directly to the château.

Guests staying in Castelnau-de-Montmiral

Hotel des Consuls

(Please note the shuttle cannot access the hotel due to narrow roads. Kindly walk 4 minutes to the roundabout for collection. Here is the exact location )

Castelnau-de-Montmiral roundabout — 2:15pm

Château de Salette

Direct pick-up at the château — 2:30pm

Arrival at Château de Mauriac for the ceremony.

Guests staying in Gaillac

La Verrerie (Gaillac)

Pick-up outside the hotel — 2:30pm

Gaillac town centre (Here is the exact location)

Pick-up at La Poste — 2:35pm

After the Ceremony

Following the ceremony, two large buses will transfer all guests to the reception venue.

Departure from Château de Mauriac — 5:40pm

Arrival at Bois de Couxe, Vieux

Return Shuttles (Evening)

At the end of the evening, shuttles will return guests safely along the same route as the earlier pick-ups:

Route:

Bois de Couxe, Vieux → Castelnau roundabout → Château de Salette → Gaillac (La Poste) → La Verrerie

Approximate duration to final stop: 40 minutes

Evening departures:

11:00pm

12:30am

1:15am (final shuttle)

Please ensure you board one of these buses, as taxis and Ubers are not available in the area.

Saturday, 8th August - Hair of the Dog

Shuttles will collect guests from the same pick-up points as Saturday.

Departure Times:

La Verrerie (Gaillac) — 12:00pm

La Poste (Gaillac centre) — 12:05pm

Château de Salette — 12:20pm

Castelnau roundabout — 12:45pm

Arrival at Bois de Couxe, Vieux between 12:30pm and 1:00pm.

Return Buses:

To Castelnau — 5:30pm

To Château de Salette & Gaillac — 6:00pm

A few things to keep in mind

Since the wedding is in a rural area, taxis and Ubers will not be available. If you’d like to arrange a private taxi, please reach out to our wedding planner, Cassidy, at cassidy@noblenuptials.com
